A Fun Father-Daughter Dance on Roller Skates

I love synchronicity!

I recently wrote a ceremony for a couple who had met at a skating rink and skating had factored into their courtship in a big way. Not long after, I was cruising the internet and happened upon this cute video of a very unusual Father-Daughter dance - on roller skates! - and I couldn’t resist sharing it.

Here is the information with the video;

“The Father, Gary Stang, owns Skateworld roller rink in San Diego and his Daughter Garyn Stang-Chiles grew up on skates. It only seemed right to do their dance on skates. The song "Last Dance" was a sentimental favorite and the Bride's late Grandmother's favorite song.”

This dance is just perfect for their family story and I applaud their originality and sense of loving fun.

Enjoy the 3 minute video - it will make your heart smile.
